Hi,
I bought a second hand HP laptop. The seller stated on his ad that it is functioning well without any problems. He also said that it hasn’t been repaired or opened. All parts are in genuine condition. I did check the laptop before paying for it and find no problem. It was working fine.
But when I brought it at home and plugged the charger, I noticed that after several minutes, the battery drained very fast. It seems it is not charging. I did buy a brand new battery but charging problem still persists.
Any suggestions to fix this problem? By the way the laptop is HP Pavilion G7. Battery is a generic one from a computer shop.
Thanks.
